1What data we process

• When you comment on a post of @ger.man.bragin: the comment ID, the text of the comment, your Instagram user ID and username, and the ID of the post. We receive this from Instagram through the official Instagram API (webhooks).
• If the App asks you to follow the account before sending the material, it also receives your reply message in Direct and checks, through the Instagram API, whether you follow @ger.man.bragin. The text of your message is used only to trigger that check and is not stored.
• We do not collect your password, e-mail, phone number, location or any data from your Instagram profile beyond the items above.

2Why we process it

Only to check whether your comment contains a trigger word chosen for that post and, if it does, to send you one private message in Instagram Direct with the material you asked for (for example, a link). We do not use the data for advertising, profiling or marketing and we never sell or share it with third parties.

3What we store and for how long

The comment text is read in memory and is not stored. We keep only technical records needed to avoid duplicate and excessive messages: comment ID, user ID, post ID and a timestamp. These records are deleted on request and, in any case, no later than 12 months after they are created.

4Where data is processed

On a private server controlled by us. Access tokens are stored in protected files and are never published. Data is exchanged with Instagram/Meta only over HTTPS and webhook requests are cryptographically verified.

5Your rights and data deletion

You can ask us to delete the records related to you, or to stop replying to your comments, at any time. See the data deletion instructions or write to privacy@bot.germanbragin.com. We reply within 30 days.

6Instagram / Meta

The App uses the official Instagram API. Meta processes your data according to its own Privacy Policy. You can revoke any app’s access in Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites.

• Когда вы комментируете пост @ger.man.bragin: ID комментария, текст комментария, ваш ID и имя пользователя Instagram, ID поста. Мы получаем их от Instagram через официальный API (вебхуки).
• Если Приложение просит подписаться на аккаунт перед отправкой материала, оно также получает ваш ответ в Direct и проверяет через API Instagram, подписаны ли вы на @ger.man.bragin. Текст вашего сообщения нужен только чтобы запустить эту проверку и не сохраняется.
• Мы не собираем пароли, e-mail, телефон, геолокацию и другие данные вашего профиля.

2Зачем

Только чтобы проверить, есть ли в комментарии ключевое слово этого поста, и если есть — отправить вам одно личное сообщение в Direct с обещанным материалом (например, ссылкой). Данные не используются для рекламы или профилирования, не продаются и не передаются третьим лицам.

3Что хранится и сколько

Текст комментария обрабатывается в памяти и не сохраняется. Хранятся только технические записи для защиты от дублей и излишних сообщений: ID комментария, ID пользователя, ID поста, время. Они удаляются по запросу и в любом случае не позднее чем через 12 месяцев.

4Где обрабатываются данные

На частном сервере под нашим управлением. Токены доступа хранятся в защищённых файлах и не публикуются. Обмен с Instagram/Meta идёт только по HTTPS, запросы вебхуков проверяются криптографической подписью.

5Ваши права и удаление данных

Вы можете в любой момент попросить удалить записи о вас или перестать отвечать на ваши комментарии. См. инструкцию по удалению данных или напишите на privacy@bot.germanbragin.com. Отвечаем в течение 30 дней.

6Instagram / Meta

Приложение использует официальный API Instagram. Meta обрабатывает ваши данные по собственной политике. Доступ любого приложения можно отозвать в Instagram: Настройки → Приложения и сайты.
